The Dept. of Commerce has received a petition for anti-dumping duty on Chinese ceramic tile, typically classified in headings 6905, 6907 & 6914.
- The alleged dumping range is 178.22% to 428.58%.
Note that CBP considers the actual entry date, not the date of importation (I.T. date), nor any other date, to govern applicability of AD/CVD assessments.
